The agreement between you and WaterWave Cleaning when you use our marketplace.

1. Marketplace Role
WaterWave is a marketplace that connects customers with independent, verified cleaning professionals. Cleaners are independent contractors, not employees of WaterWave.
2. Bookings & Quotes
All bookings are subject to confirmation. Quotes are provided in good faith based on the information you supply and may be adjusted after on-site assessment.
3. Payment
Payment is processed securely through our platform. Cancellations within 24 hours of a scheduled cleaning may incur a fee.
4. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you're not satisfied with your cleaning, contact us within 24 hours and we'll arrange a re-clean at no additional cost.
5. Liability
All cleaners on the WaterWave marketplace carry liability insurance. Claims must be reported within 72 hours of service.
6. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
